- Manage Standardized Work Chart (SWC), subcontractors, and site staff to ensure on-time project completion and update clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders on project progress.
- Prepare method statements, identify drawing discrepancies, submit material and sample submissions, and provide technical advice to resolve M&E-related issues
- Inspect work to ensure compliance with contract specifications, codes of practice, and safety regulations, while coordinating with SWC on structural and civil work matter
- Conduct inspections with RTO/RE based on specifications and approved drawings.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience including involvement in two MRT/LTA underground project
- Proficient in leading CSD/SEM coordination, design interface, and construction coordination for transit projects, including chairing and leading coordination meetings
- Strong experience in BIM software and AutoCAD.
