JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Assist in preparing project tender submission including bills of quantities, check tender drawing, material specifications, prepare and submit the P&S plan, shop drawing, & other required documents;
- Assist with prepare and submit monthly progress claims, variation orders (VO), and finalize accounts.
- Assist with quantity measurements and cost estimation.
- Liaise with Managers, Team Members, Customers, Sub-Contractors, and Suppliers.
- Purchasing and inventory management;
- Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin to interact with various stakeholders and counterparts.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Immediate start or short notice is preferred.
