Responsibilities
- Manage front Office
- Key in account details in ERP/SAP system.
- Maintain working hours and Pay slip records.
- Coordinate day to purchase/sales activities.
- Assist with bank account applications for new staff
- Assist in other HR and admin functions
- Any other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- At least 1 years of experience in Singapore
- Possesses a Diploma / Degree/Equavalant in related discipline
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and a positive working attitude
- Meticulous with attention to detail and possess good problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Working days: 5 days
Location: Located in the West (Bukit Batok)
