Business Development Manager, Clubhouses

Develop, execute and manage business strategies and partnerships to prioritize business growth and enhance clubhouse offerings. Build, engage, strengthen and grow membership based.


Strategic Alliance and Partnership:

  • To develop, execute and manage business strategies and partnerships to prioritize business growth and enhance clubhouse offerings.
  • To identify potential partners, negotiate agreements, and foster collaborative relationships.
  • To conduct research and analyze market trends to develop effective sales solutions.
  • To interact and maintain positive professional relationships with clients and promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients.
  • To review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines.
  • To prepare and analyze detailed event reports, including sales data worksheets, cost projections and other financial metrics.
  • To liaise with Finance Department for sales, billing, invoicing, payment, and other financial related matters and reports.
  • To ensure marketing efforts are implemented and disseminated promptly.
  • P&L for Clubhouses new business growth.

Members' Engagement:

  • To build, engage, strengthen and grow Labour Movement communities and interest groups, such as MyWineKaki (MWK), to drive patronage, revenue, and membership across all clubhouses
  • To develop recruitment campaigns, engage with potential clients, and promote the benefits of membership. Including conducting outreach activities, managing feedback, and collaborating with marketing teams to enhance visibility.

Requirement:

  • A degree in business admin/hospitality
  • Min 8 years of experience and familiar with clubhouse operations and the F&B industry at the managerial level
  • Sharp negotiation and networking skills.
  • Able to understand financials and prepare management reports.
  • Possess leadership qualities.
  • Possess organizational and management skills.
  • Possess strong IT skills.
