WSH Safety Coordinator (Subcon)
Company background:
- An established Japanese MNC Construction company
Location: Sentosa
Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week, Mon to Fri (8.30am to 5.15pm / 8am to 4.45pm)
Remuneration Package:
- Basic up to S$ 3500
- Variable Bonus
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the WSHO in all WSH related matters, implementation and reports.
- Identify unsafe practices and conditions through daily site inspection.
- Conduct safety talk and monthly mass toolbox meeting.
- Assist in incident investigation and analysis
- Review of risk assessment and safe work practices.
- Maintain and file proper records of all inspection and investigate materials
- Advise MOS, risk assessments and safe work practices
- Involve in creating, maintaining and communicating safety-related policies, procedures and ensure compliance.
- Conduct safety inspections in worksite to observe working conditions, equipment and contractors’ behaviors to identify non-conformance, improvements needed and corrective action required.
- Ensure compliance with all safety-related regulatory requirements, including ISO standards.
Requirements:
- Possess WSQ advanced certificate in WSH (level B) qualification and other related safety certifications
- Possess bizsafe level 2 certificate with manage work at height / WAH assessor certificate is an added advantage
- Knowledge of WSH act and its subsidiary legislation
