Job Description:
- Oversees and manage the day-to-day operation of the Nursing Department, ensuring high standards of patients care and staff performance
- Manage and lead quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for the enhancement and implementing best practices
- Conducts training for staff and nurses on the quality improvement, new technologies and innovative care practices
- Supports Nursing in managing and administrate research grant, ensuring compliance with grant requirements, timelines, and budgets
- Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies. Supports Nursing in compliance to audits’ standards
- Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned
Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degrees in Business Administration/ Engineering / Industrial Design/ Healthcare or equivalent
