Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including ValueAdded Resellers (VARs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and System Integrators (SIs).
- Identify new channel partners and opportunities and manage the recruitment process.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to channel partners to ensure their success in selling our products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and product management, to develop and deliver effective channel programs and initiatives.
- Manage and motivate a team of channel sales professionals, including setting sales targets, providing coaching and feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
- Monitor and report on channel sales performance and make data-driven decisions to improve performance and drive revenue growth.
- Direct sales leads qualifications and sales closing for services and solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in cyber security channel sales
- Strong technical knowledge of cyber security products and services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
