Job Title: Salesforce Consultant

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Consultant to design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to meet business needs. As a trusted advisor, you will guide clients through the digital transformation journey, ensuring optimal utilization of the Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and pain points.
- Design scalable Salesforce solutions that align with best practices and client objectives.
- Configure Salesforce applications, including custom objects, workflows, and validation rules.
- Provide recommendations on Salesforce features, integrations, and third-party tools.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to ensure user adoption and solution effectiveness.
- Conduct quality assurance, testing, and troubleshooting during and after implementation.
- Document technical and functional specifications for Salesforce projects.
- Stay updated on Salesforce updates, releases, and new technologies to enhance solutions.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant or in a similar role.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with Salesforce configurations, Apex, and Lightning components.
- Strong knowledge of data migration, integrations, and APIs.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Consultant, or Salesforce Developer) are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
