We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst familiar with Salesforce and a strong interest in Government Projects.

Responsibilities:
- Elicit, scope, and manage business requirements.
- Lead the scrum team, conduct scrum ceremonies.
- Crafting and grooming of user stories, acceptance criteria, managing product backlog.
- Drive smooth deployment, adoption and operations of the solution.
- Help drive the implementation of Salesforce solutions.
- Work with developers to understand and troubleshoot technical problems, as needed.
Requirements:
- Min 5 years’ experience required, IT related tertiary education.
- Experience in full software / product development life cycles using Agile Methodology.
- Proven experience working on Salesforce implementations, including configuration, customization, and integration of Salesforce with other systems.
- Experience with Cloud Technologies or low-code platforms.
- CSM/ CSPO and Salesforce Related Certifications.
