Responsibilities:
· Conceptualizes concept and schematic designs; Carries out feasibility studies and presents design proposals;
· Prepares tender documentation, schedules and material specifications;
· Liaises and discusses project-relevant issues with clients;
· Leads and manages a team of architectural personnel if possesses adequate experience;
· Oversees progress of on-site work and resolves any arising issues;
· Liaises and coordinates with consultants and contractors;
· Ensures design quality and authority compliance.
Requirements:
· Graduated with a recognized Degree in Architecture or equivalent from a local or foreign university in the list of recognized universities by Board of Architects Singapore.
· Possesses at least 8 years of working experience in relevant field
· Well-versed in Singapore BCA BIM e-submission process, requirements and guidelines;
· Excellent knowledge and experience of Autodesk Building Design Suite software including Revit Architecture;
· Completed BCA Academy’s BIM Modeling and BIM Management would be an added advantage.
