- Oversee the Oracle database administration team, ensuring efficient management of all database operations.
- Manage the installation, configuration, and upgrading of Oracle databases and tools.
- Ensure the security and integrity of databases by implementing backup and recovery solutions.
- Monitor database performance and optimize SQL queries for better efficiency.
- Coordinate with development teams to assist in database design and support for application development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex database-related issues.
- Implement and maintain database patching, updates, and upgrades.
- Establish and enforce database standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead capacity planning and database scalability efforts.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior DBAs and support their development.
Requirement
- Minimum Bachelors Degree holder
- 10 years of working experience
- Must have good experience on Oracle database administration
- Must have lead experience.
- Experience in Oracle RAC, DG, Replication, Backup and Recovery, Performance Tunning, OEM
- Good Communications
- Able to multi task
