Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and driven Trading Product Manager to oversee and enhance our Crypto Retail Trading products. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the crypto market, trading platforms, and user experience, and will be dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the product vision and roadmap for crypto trading solutions, aligning with company objectives and market trends.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and competitive offerings in the cryptocurrency space.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create intuitive and user-friendly trading interfaces that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Work closely with engineering, marketing, compliance, and customer support teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Track and analyze product performance metrics, gather user feedback, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings.
- Ensure that all retail trading products comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in product management within the cryptocurrency or financial services industry, with a strong understanding of crypto trading platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable product strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to a range of stakeholders.
- Familiarity with blockchain technology and digital assets.
