Job Info:
- Salary: Basic up to $3000 + AWS + VB
- 14 days Annual Leave (With increment up to 21 days)
- Working Hour: 5.5 Days, Flexi working hours (9am - 6pm / 10am - 7pm)
- Location: Boon Lay
- Meat & Cheese wholesaler
Job Scope:
- Evaluate customer needs and provide detailed product information
- Greet customers upon entering the store and respond to their inquiries
- Ensure assigned areas are well-stocked and visually appealing
- Proactively engage with customers in-store and handle payments at the cashier
- Stay informed about available products and current promotions
- Process point-of-sale (POS) transactions and manage cashiering duties
- Handle merchandise returns efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service
- Follow inventory control procedures, including weekly and year-end counts
- Assist with picking and processing online orders
- Perform additional tasks as directed by management
