- Our client specializes in M&E services for buildings. They are now looking to expand their QS team
Responsibilities:
- Prepare tender costings, including bills of quantities, based on tender documents and drawings.
- Estimate materials and labor requirements.
- Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier tenders for optimal terms.
- Collaborate with the project team to meet client requirements.
- Monitor project stages to stay within budget and control costs.
- Conduct monthly valuations and forecast final costs.
- Review and approve subcontractor tenders and contracts.
- Certify subcontractor valuations and final accounts.
- Track and analyze all commercial project data to ensure budget adherence.
