We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Regional Head of Corporate Development. This is a 12-months contract role with an opportunity to renew or convert to permanent full-time role, subject to performance and business needs.
About the Role
As an Executive Assistant, your responsibilities include the following:
- Complete management of calendar/schedule including logistical arrangements (ie. internal/external meetings, events, business lunch & dinners, taxi reservations etc)
- Planning / Management of travel - overseas & domestic (i.e. air travel, car travel, taxis, hotels, etc)
- Management of all documents that require signature and/or approval
- Management of business expense receipts and expense claims proxy
- Communications with global mobility & relocations services provider regarding immigration, house insurance, rent, residence cards, visas, and matters for international assignment
- Creation and management of emails & communication to partners, contacts, customers and internal communications to staff and leadership on behalf
- Ordering business card and maintaining contact lists
- Supporting TR entities directorships paperworks with finance and legal
- Any other ad-hoc tasks including supporting site related events
About You
As an Executive Assistant, you should ideally possess:
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Pleasant disposition, ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong people skills, good social awareness and sensitivity within group and private settings
- Detail-oriented, strong time management and organisation skills, and comfortable with admin paperwork and systems
- Strong written and verbal communication in English is critical
