- Responsible for the recruitment of Information Technology (IT) Professionals.
- Job matching, interview, selection and short-listing of IT candidates based on project requirements.
- To organize and manage the company's recruitment database.
- Provide administrative support to contractual IT Professionals of the company, as and when needed.
- Any other general administrative duties.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel); good PC knowledge and internet- savvy.
- Minimum 1 year of related experience in Human Resource, Administrative Support and recruitment in the Information Technology industry would be advantageous.
- Excellent spoken/ written English and communication skills.
- Organized, meticulous and able to multi-task.
- Independent, motivated, good team player with positive working attitude.
- Applicants with Information Technology work experience but willing to make a career switch to HR/ IT Recruitment may also apply.
