- Position Title: Sales Executive
- Working Location: Pandan Loop
- Working Hours: 5 days(Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary $4,000 + Commission + AWS + VB
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Expand the customer database by securing new accounts.
- Promote import and export services.
- Grow existing accounts by increasing trade volume.
- Meet weekly/monthly targets for customer visits.
- Keep customer profiles updated for regular contact by the customer service team.
- Monitor and follow up on calls made by customer service weekly to ensure business growth.
- Maintain high service levels for current customers.
- Draft monthly sales plans and collaborate with the team.
- Conduct market research to build a database and pricing strategy.
- Prepare customer quotations as requested.
- Manage customer volume changes and recover lost accounts.
- Organize and manage sales campaigns.
- Guide customer service assistants with customer information and follow-up calls.
- Review and present monthly sales performance reports in team meetings.

- Minimum 'O' level or diploma.
- At least 2 years of experience in NVOCC or Freight Forwarding is preferred.
- Positive attitude and self-motivated.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate computer proficiency.
