As Senior Vertical Industry Sales Manager (CCTV), you will be responsible to develop and implement targeted sales strategies for assigned vertical markets, particularly in car parking, to meet revenue and growth objectives.
Job Descriptions:
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies for assigned vertical markets particularly in car parking to meet targeted quota set by the management and growth objectives
- Develop and establish new system integrator partnerships yearly by collaborating with distribution partners to identify potential candidates and constantly organizing seminars or workshops
- Work closely with appointed system integrators (SIs) to conduct daily outreach (calls and meetings) for follow-ups on new projects and pending orders, while engaging key decision-makers and end users to build strong relationships and understand their security challenges and requirements
- Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, including conducting tailored product demonstrations and presentations to maximize project success
- Work in partnership with the presales team to efficiently communicate updates to the R&D team regarding requirements from major system integrators
- Create new success case studies for marketing analysis and track sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management on performance, challenges, and market opportunities
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences and trade shows to promote our CCTV solutions and expand professional networks
- Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the CCTV market, leveraging this knowledge to position our products effectively.
Job Requirements:
- Min. 2 years of sales experience in the CCTV or security technology industry, with a focus on vertical markets
- Strong understanding of the specific needs and challenges of target vertical industries, such as retail, transportation, healthcare, and government
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate Mandarin effectively as the incumbent requires to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders/counterparts for work or project related matters
