- Position Title: Painter cum Cleaner
- Working Location: Island Wide
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm)
- Salary Package: Basic $2,500 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Perform painting tasks, including preparing surfaces, applying paint, and finishing to ensure a quality appearance.
- Select and mix paint colors to achieve the desired shade and consistency.
- Clean designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and common areas, to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
- Handle and dispose of cleaning materials safely and according to guidelines.
- Inspect areas for cleanliness and report any maintenance or repair needs.
- Maintain painting and cleaning equipment in good working condition.
- Follow all safety protocols while performing painting and cleaning tasks.
- Assist with other general maintenance duties as assigned by supervisors.
