Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Sales Lead / Director
- Telemarketing - Cold calling to source for new clients
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Following up on leads to make advisor/client appointments
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Attending events to find potential leads
- Preparing invoices and delivery orders
Requirements
- Diploma in any field, preferably in Engineering, Business, and Finance
- Entry level welcomed
- A good team player with a strong work ethic that takes ownership of their job.
- A self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a positive ""get-it-done"" attitude.
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Results driven persistent
