Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and objectives
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
- Coordinate and oversee employee training and development programs
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5 to 7+ years of experience in HR management with minimum 3 years of supervisory.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and current employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- SHRM certification preferred
