- Lead the system operations team, overseeing the management of both Windows and Linux environments.
- Ensure the availability, performance, and security of Windows and Linux servers.
- Oversee system upgrades, patch management, and regular maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system-related issues across both platforms.
- Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions for system environments.
- Monitor system performance and resource utilization to optimize operations.
- Manage user access controls, security policies, and system configurations.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to support integration, software deployments, and system enhancements.
- Develop and enforce operational procedures, best practices, and system standards.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior administrators, fostering a skilled and cohesive team.
Requirement
- Min bachelors degree holder
- Atleast 10 years of experience in server administration
- Must have lead experience
- Hands on experience in administering Windows & Linux Servers.
- Good To have experience in AD, VMWare, Nutanix.
- Able to multi task
