Our Client is a luxury fashion brand that originated in France. We seek a merchandising assistant (one-year contract) to support South Asia's High-End Watches & Jewelry business.
Job Responsibilities
Commercial Follow Up
- Monitor stock level especially for new launches and actively work with Supply ChainDepartment and central to maximize launch impact.
- Arrange stock for new store opening / renovation / CRM events.
- Propose and manage reliable and adequate Weekly/ Monthly Report, and relevant analysis
System
- Familiarize the use of major sales data program: Python and TXT
PR/ CRM
- Support relevant commercial information that enhances sales. Regrouping withclient/expert advisors in store to align on selling/invoicing strategy.
Supply Chain/Logistics
- Work very closely with Supply Chain & Logistics Department to ensure a relevantdistribution.
- Helping to follow up on logistics flows for HWHJ due to the complexity of logistics in zone(CITES, etc) to ensure timely arrival in stores
Job Requirements
- University Graduate with 2 years of relevant work experience in the retail environment
- Strong computer skills - High proficiency in MS office application, particularly in Excel
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly adaptable and flexible to accept new ideas and procedures
