- Tampines
- Monday - Friday: 9.15 am to 4.45 pm; Every Saturday: 9.15 am to 12.15 pm
- Objective – To be based at bank branch and encourage/guide customers to use online banking
- Migrate/ guide customers to perform transactions
- Assist customers with general product enquiries and form filling
- Administrative duties of filing, scanning of documents, document checking etc.
