KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Assistant Ops Mgr in managing CCK operations and to meet KPIs.
- Assist Assistant Ops Mgr on housekeeping matter, IT / equipment matters and operations of CCK.
- Assist Assistant Ops Mgr on preparation, checking & filing of required documentations for inspection.
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers, ensure customer satisfaction for CCK.
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene; practise workplace safety at all times.
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training.
- Maintain clear understanding of CCK matters to facilitate duties on assisting Assistant Ops Mgr.
- Follow strictly to proper handling of food items according to food hygiene and safety guidelines.
- Always adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Professional representation of the company through personal conduct and appearance.
.KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Preferably “O” level or NTC qualification
- Preferably with Office Management Skillset and F&B Background
- Good Office Management Skillset, Microsoft Computer Skill is essential.
- Customer Relationship Management and SAP knowledge will be a plus point.

- Able to apply Critical Thinking in managing issues and challenges.
