Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of procurement specialists to achieve departmental goals.
- Collaborate with the Planning Department to align procurement activities with demand requirements.
- Ensure timely processing and delivery of purchase orders.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages and optimize stock levels.
- Track and manage supplier performance to maintain quality and delivery standards.
- Minimize obsolescence risks through effective inventory management and excess and obsolete (E&O) control.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and participate in special projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of relevant work experience, including at least two years in a leadership role.
