Job Description & Requirements
- Minimum a degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working and technical IT experience
- Good problem solving / troubleshooting skills
- Good customer service attitude
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems
- Some knowledge of Linux Operating Systems (e.g. RedHat, Ubuntu)
- Some knowledge of Networking concepts and topologies
- Basic knowledge of Cybersecurity concepts
