- Address resident complaints and feedback related to the project site.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders living or working near the construction site.
- Prepare and update weekly reports, and compile monthly reports for submission to HDB.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, filing, scanning, and maintaining accurate records.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned from time to time.
