Responsibilities:
- Provide support across different programmes under the entity.
- Conduct assessment on referral case to identify suitability to be enrolled to programmes
- Refer cases to suitable assistance schemes and community services
- Conduct assessment on clients’ needs and conditions
- Work closely with community partners to increase programmes visibility
- Ensure up-to-date records of beneficiary
- Work with volunteers to ensure smooth service delivery
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work
- Candidate with at least 1 year of experience is preferred
