- Inspect and verify the accuracy, precision, and overall quality of the manufactured parts.
- Use measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) to verify the dimensions and tolerances of parts.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes and equipment
- Proficiency in using measuring instruments
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of quality control tools and techniques, such as statistical process control (SPC)
