Associate Human Resource Systems Specialist (HRSS)

Job Description:

o You will be responsible for supporting Manager, HR Technology in implementing and maintaining the Human Resource Information Systems for SingHealth Polyclinics.

o Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Keeping track of timelines and statuses of project events, such as user testing timeline and change requests
  • Consolidating of requirements for project requirement gathering
  • Raise and keep track of HR user queries and liaise with IT department on issue tickets statuses
  • Creation of user guides on the human resources information systems
  • Support documentation of systems and data security management
  • Update and maintain system access matrices
  • Raising and keeping track of change requests
  • Manage IT assets and annual reviews
  • Support IT and HR Systems queries from users
  • Conduct HR user training
  • Raise system access requests for new hires in HR department and brief on IT related information


Job Requirements:

o Diploma in any discipline with at least 1 year of relevant working experience

o Meticulous worker that is great at keeping track of multiple timelines and project progress status.

o Fast learner who is able to work independently

o Interest in HR processes and HR technology

o Good knowledge on general information technology is a plus.


Employment Type: Contract Full Time
