Job Description:
o You will be responsible for supporting Manager, HR Technology in implementing and maintaining the Human Resource Information Systems for SingHealth Polyclinics.
o Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Keeping track of timelines and statuses of project events, such as user testing timeline and change requests
- Consolidating of requirements for project requirement gathering
- Raise and keep track of HR user queries and liaise with IT department on issue tickets statuses
- Creation of user guides on the human resources information systems
- Support documentation of systems and data security management
- Update and maintain system access matrices
- Raising and keeping track of change requests
- Manage IT assets and annual reviews
- Support IT and HR Systems queries from users
- Conduct HR user training
- Raise system access requests for new hires in HR department and brief on IT related information
Job Requirements:
o Diploma in any discipline with at least 1 year of relevant working experience
o Meticulous worker that is great at keeping track of multiple timelines and project progress status.
o Fast learner who is able to work independently
o Interest in HR processes and HR technology
o Good knowledge on general information technology is a plus.
