Senior/M&E Coordinators (iconic building projects, A1 main con)
Our client, a prominent A1 main contractor with an impressive portfolio of building and civil projects, is currently seeking Senior/M&E Engineers to become part of their vibrant team on landmark building projects, supporting their ongoing contributions to Singapore’s iconic developments.
What you will do:
- Oversee and coordinate all M&E aspects of the project
- Responsible for monitoring consultants’ designs, including managing the drawing schedule, coordination & providing support in identifying any areas of improvement
- Work closely with clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure that project objectives and schedules are achieved timely and accurately
- Liaise with the BIM modeler/drafter regarding drawings preparation and provide technical expertise when necessary to ensure drawings are completed accurately
- Collaborate with cross functional teams in ensuring smooth project execution and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
What you will need:
- Minimum diploma/degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant M&E experience in the construction industry
- Candidates with strong experience with building projects with A1 main contractors are highly desirable
