· Process invitation to tender / request for quote (RFQ), prepare & submit quotations and follow up to secure new order
· Ensure that the tenders / RFQs are completed in a timely and effective manner in keeping with the Company’s business objectives
· Ensure that all standard operating procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirements
· Attend to any queries from customers regarding quotations
· Inspect vessels to scope repairs required and prepare / submit quotation and follow up to secure order
· Prepare preliminary schedules of quoted scope of works for Production team
· Source prices of suppliers and sub-contractors.
· Comment on Owners’ terms and conditions.

· Clear understanding & previous experience in the Marine or Offshore industry is an added advantage
· Fluency in both spoken and written English is necessary
