Job Descriptions
- Assist managers, analyse reports, ensure maintenance, prepare reports, handle projects, update drawings and liaison with contractors
- Assist the managers in managing the daily operations of the property.
- Preparation of monthly and incident reports pertaining to the site(s).
- Facilitate ad-hoc projects and incident investigation when necessary.
- Manage all Sub-Contractors, supervise & coordinate FM activities and ensure all works adhere to legal regulations.
- To perform other job related and ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Building, Facilities Management, Real Estate, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in managing commercial / retail MCST environment.
- Competent in LT switching, FM200, VESDA, CRAU and/or BMS.
- Conversant with local codes of practice and regulations.
- Mature and independent with ability to lead team.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
