Part Time Instructor for Dance

Deployment:

1. Base Contract Period: 1 Jan 2024 to 31 Dec 2024
2. Training Days: Every Tuesdays - From 2.00 to 4.00pm & Thursdays - From 3.30 to 5.30pm

• CCA Training Days: Every Tuesday & Thursday (For 2025)
• Term 1 - 14 Jan, 16 Jan, 21 Jan, 23 Jan, 3 Feb, 6 Feb, 11 Feb, 13 Feb, 18 Feb, 20 Feb, 25 Feb, 27 Feb, 4 Mar & 6 Mar (14 Sessions)
• Term 2 - 25 Mar, 27 Mar, 1 Apr, 3 Apr, 8 Apr, 10 Apr, 15 Apr, 17 Apr, 22 Apr, 24 Apr, 29 Apr, 6 May & 8 May (13 Sessions)
• Term 3 & 4 - 15 Jul, 17 Jul, 22 Jul, 24 Jul, 5 Aug, 7 Aug, 19 Aug, 21 Aug, 16 Sep, 18 Sep, 23 Sep, 25 Sep, 7 Oct & 9 Oct (14 Sessions)
• Estimated Extra Training Hours for Performances/External Competitions/Engagements – 9 sessions (to be confirmed)
• Excluding public holidays, school holidays and CCA stand down period for exams.

Scope of Works:

• Estimated No of Students: 20 nos
• Target Group: Primary 3-6 Students

1. To provide input to existing Dance student development plan and co-design the plan with key personnel and/or teachers.

2. Student development plan should comprise a mix of face-to-face, synchronous and asynchronous activities

3. To work with the teacher in-charge to motivate students and equip them with life skills and values.

4. To develop students’ passion in the activity.

5. To prepare students for school performances.

Requirement:

1. All instructors must be registered with MOE as CCA Dance Instructors
2. The Instructor must have experience in teaching/ coaching Dance CCA and e - CCA in Schools.
3. The Instructor must be able to plan and execute training plan and motivate the pupils toward achieving their full potential such as external competition e.g. SYF presentation.
4. The Instructor must be able to communicate and work well with the pupils and the school teachers.
