Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager with a proven background in managing and growing sales through platforms like Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada. This individual will oversee website operations, sales, and marketing strategies to drive brand growth, increase market share, and optimize the customer experience. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to actively participate in livestreaming sessions to support marketing campaigns and product promotion efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketplace Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to optimize product listings and maximize visibility and revenue on Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada.
Analyze performance metrics and trends on each platform, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with platform representatives for promotional campaigns and ensure adherence to platform guidelines.
- Website Management: Oversee the maintenance, content updates, and overall functionality of the company's e-commerce website.
Ensure a seamless user experience, including navigation, purchase processes, and customer support integration.
Work closely with web developers, designers, and marketing teams to implement and test new features and enhancements.
- Sales & Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement e-commerce sales and digital marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Create and execute campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.
Analyze data from e-commerce platforms, digital marketing efforts, and customer behavior to inform marketing initiatives and optimize ROI.
- Inventory and Operations Management: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely order fulfillment across all channels.
Implement efficient workflows and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Livestreaming Participation: Be actively involved in livestreaming sessions for product promotion, customer engagement, and sales conversion, collaborating closely with the marketing and creative teams.
Prepare for livestream sessions by understanding product details, trends, and strategies to enhance engagement and audience interaction.
- Customer Experience and Support: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and reviews, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Continuously improve customer support channels in partnership with the customer service team.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 of experience in managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, or similar.
