Role Overview:
The Business Analyst will collaborate with internal teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and recommend improvements. You will play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making and optimizing operational workflows to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to document business needs and translate them into clear requirements.
- Process Analysis & Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions to streamline operations.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to generate insights, identify trends, and create actionable reports.
- Project Support: Assist with project implementation, including requirements validation, testing, and documentation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong relationships with business units and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends to guide business strategies.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in business analysis, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with process mapping, data analysis, and business case development.
- Familiarity with insurance products and operations.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Excellent communication skills.
