- To carry out site supervision and inspection of the works including any off-site manufacturing as instructed by the consultant team so as to ensure that the works are constructed to require quality and accuracy.
- To monitor progress of the works on site and at any off-site manufacturing facilities and report delays immediately.
- To provide standing supervision as and when directed by the consultant team.
- The RTO should have extensive experience in the supervision of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation, plumbing, sanitary, fire protection is a must. With preferred experience in construction of school project would be an added advantage.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Candidate must be a registered RTO with IES
- Have at least 8 years experience as RTO
- Contract around 12 months
- Able to start work by Dec 2024 or within short notice
