Job Description:
- Handle all users' desktop requests and resolution.
- Manage the ticketing system from input of request case, monitoring, status update, to case closure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:Email, Microsoft Office applications, Operating systems, Printing, Network connectivity, VPN, and Conferencing tools
- Handle user onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage user accounts and email in Active Directory and Exchange/Office 365.
- Oversee system and user data backups.
- Maintain IT asset inventory
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year IT support experience (preferably in IT System Integrator or Managed Service Provider environment)
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Adaptable, positive attitude, and team-oriented
- Self-motivated learner with interest in technology
- Required to take Technology Certifications.
