Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a range of projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors to support project progress.
- Apply civil engineering expertise to analyze, design, and implement project specifications.
- Monitor project quality, safety, and compliance with industry standards, especially in marine construction settings.
- Address project challenges and adapt to varying project demands, demonstrating flexibility and proactive problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience or background in civil engineering.
- Prior exposure to or interest in marine construction is highly desirable.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and client interaction.
- Keen interest in expanding knowledge within the marine construction sector.
