Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on heavy construction machinery, including excavators, forklifts, and gensets, ensuring optimal functionality and minimizing downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with heavy-duty equipment, coordinating with the team for timely repairs and solutions.
- Utilize basic IT skills to prepare and submit management reports, documenting maintenance activities and equipment status.
- Exhibit a positive work attitude, leading by example in teamwork and collaboration.
- Independently address issues, identifying solutions to resolve equipment and operational challenges effectively.
Requirements
- Proven maintenance experience and a solid background in machinery engineering focused on heavy construction machinery (excavators, forklifts, etc.), especially with brands such as Komatsu and Caterpillar (mandatory).
- Familiarity with gensets maintenance is required.
- Basic IT knowledge to support management reporting and documentation.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude toward teamwork and problem-solving.
- Effective people management skills with the ability to work independently.
