The Opportunity

· It is an opportunity for an experienced QA Tester to join their team
· It will start off as a 12 months contract
The Job
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business and system requirements. Translate these into detailed test plans, ensuring all functionality aligns with business needs and project goals.
· Develop and document clear and well-targeted test cases to be used by yourself, other QA testers based on Business Requirements, current System functionality and Functional Specification/ Narratives.
· Defines complete level of test scenarios and variations in data to adequately perform end to end testing.
· Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
· Test multiple functionalities and document the results by capturing end to end testing steps during execution.
· Submits defects and issues to development for correction, and retests once errors have been corrected following established procedures.
· Tracks defects and causal analysis to closure.
· Support user acceptance testing by coordinating with end users, gathering feedback.
· Support Test Manager to oversee respective testing activities.
The Talent
· Minimally 2-3 years of experience in the field of software Quality Assurance, preferably in Banking domain.
· 1 year of experience in Business Analyst role or demonstrated capability to performance BA functions.
· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment.
· Certification in Quality Assurance (ISTQB, CSTE) or Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) are a plus.
· Experience in using JIRA tool, SQL, API.
