Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end delivery of marine and construction projects.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all tasks align with project objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates and communicate effectively to maintain strong client relationships.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, assigning roles and responsibilities to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, address issues, and implement solutions to meet timelines and standards.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in both marine and construction project management.
- Proven track record in managing full projects, from planning through to delivery, including direct client management.
- Experience in marine construction is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and teams.
- Problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality results within scope and budget.
