Responsibilities
- To collate and support in putting up reporting dashboards
- To assist in keying in of data and upkeep of the data repository and knowledge management plans
- To support monthly auditing of filing, systems and account registrations and termination
- To coordinate availabilities for meetings and schedule bookings in teams’ calendars
- To gather and collate information that could facilitate new/ongoing projects
Requirements
- Min. Diploma
- At least 6 months of admin, coordination and filing experience
