Responsibilities:
- Develop the product strategy and deliver the product roadmap for 5G, eSIM and emerging mobile technologies, aligning with company goals and market trends.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential partnership synergies.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and support escalations to continuously improve customer experience and customer satisfaction.
- Act as a subject matter expert on 5G, eSIM and emerging technologies, providing guidance and insights to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Define product requirements and user stories based on market insights, competitive analysis, and partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and development teams to prioritize features and enhancements, considering both business priorities and technical feasibility.
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration across departments to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in product management within the telecommunications industry within Singapore and/or other markets
- Deep understanding of 5G architecture, standards (e.g., 3GPP), deployment models, and eSIM technology trends.
- Strong technical background with experience in defining and delivering complex telecom products or services.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to build and lead cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of successfully managing innovation partnerships with industry associations, government agencies, and other companies.
