Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and execute interior fit-out projects from initiation through completion.
- Oversee project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure all tasks are completed according to plan.
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to meet project requirements and standards.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with design specifications.
- Review and interpret architectural and interior design drawings to support project execution.
- Prepare regular progress reports and communicate updates to project stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Education: Certificate or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, M&E, Building Construction, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret drawings. Basic knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) works is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
