Quantity Surveyor
- Working Days: 5 Day A Week (Monday – Friday), Saturday may need to work half day depends on project (Can claim OT)
- Working Hours: 8:30am -5:30pm
- Office at City Hall, Working location at Island wide
- $2,800 to $3,500
Requirements:
- Possess Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- 1-3 years’ working experience related to main building tenders;
- Good knowledge of reading specifications and building drawings.
- Ability to work with digital software (i.e. Cost X/ Glodon) would be ideal.
Roles & Responsibilities
- To carry out taking off quantities.
- To source quotations for relevant trade works including price comparison and cost analysis.
- Ability to raise tender queries/ design discrepancies timely for clarification.
- Ability to handle tender correspondences and addendum to update changes made to tender documents.
- To assist in compilation of tender submission including tender qualification; and
- To perform other QS duties as assigned.
