About the Role:
IQ Dynamics is seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Part-Time Telemarketer. Key Responsibilities:
- Cold-Calling & Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential customers through cold and warm calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Support Sales Team: Provide valuable support to account managers by qualifying leads and ensuring they have the necessary information to close sales.
- Database Management: Regularly update and maintain an organized database of prospects and customers.
- Engagement: Maintain consistent communication with leads via calls, emails, and other channels to nurture interest in our products and services.
- Achieve Quotas: Meet and exceed quarterly targets for sourced qualified opportunities.
Requirements:
- Commitment: Minimum 6-month contract, with the potential for contract renewal based on performance.
- Flexibility: Open to flexible hours and workdays (Operating hours are Monday to Friday; ideally, 16–24 hours per week).
- Experience: Prior telemarketing, telesales, or inside sales experience is preferred. However, candidates with strong communication skills and a positive, goal-oriented attitude will also be considered.
- Compensation: $10 to $15 per hour, based on experience and performance.

- Excellent phone etiquette, strong communication, and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
- Positive and upbeat personality with a passion for speaking with people.
- Comfortable with technology and able to use various sales and CRM tools (training will be provided).
- Training: Initial face-to-face training will be required to ensure you can meet performance expectations. Ongoing support and training will be provided.
