The Robotics Solutions Sales Manager is a strategic and enthusiastic solutions driver who puts our customers at the core of everything we do. This role is responsible for developing industry-specific relationships, driving revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities, and using data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our customers. The Robotics Solutions Sales Manager will establish and strengthen key customer and channel partner relationships with a focus on driving revenue. This role is based in Singapore and will require regional travel.
Job Description
Regional Market
- Proactively make outbound calls, maintain follow-ups with regional partners, and conduct market research on potential leads to drive significant pipeline growth within the assigned region.
- Spearhead high-profile sales pitches and maintain positive customer/partner relations to achieve long-term partnerships.
- Support execution of strategic sales plan and setup of international sales network
- Work with existing products/services to find new channels and markets for distribution.
Singapore Market
- In charge of tenders, project quotations-related matters of assigned accounts.
- Responsible for service delivery of customer accounts and prioritization of work requests including full control and ownership of all escalations and issues.
- Accountable for establishing and achieving pipeline targets and coordinating related activities in alignment with management-approved objectives.
- Initiate cross-departmental alignments to achieve outstanding solutions and services for the customers.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Business/Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in B2B sales and account management, preferably in tech or healthcare industry.
- Proven sales track record and hunter mindset.
- Proven troubleshooting skills within a support environment, including a strong sense of commitment and drive towards incident resolution.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and service management skills.
- Must be able to travel overseas to develop channel distribution network.
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Teams
- A team player with excellent time management skills.
