Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards set by the chef.
- Set up and stock workstations with necessary supplies and ingredients.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service.
- Help train new kitchen staff as needed.
- Participate in daily prep and cleaning tasks, including dishwashing and maintaining equipment.
Requirements:
- At least two (2) years of working experience in the related field and in similar capacity
- Willing to learn, with strong motivation to excel
- Passion for food & result oriented
